I have a fairly strict policy here at Outstate Politics of ignoring the various actions and antics of Representative Michele Bachmann. Partly because I would rather use my energies focusing on state politics but mostly because it seems a futile exercise to cover a woman over saturated in coverage anyway. However, I am going to make an exception here because it involves another member of the Minnesota delegation calling out Bachmann and her extremism. This week, Representative Ellison (D) attended a conference for an organization known as Campus Progress. This organization works for “progressive solutions” by getting young people involved in various forms of activism.
