MN House Floor Session 2/16/12

From the Minnesota House of Representatives yesterday. The most important part happens at about 9 minutes in as they debate the end of seniority based layoffs during budget reductions.

HF1870 (Petersen) School districts authorized to base leave of absence and discharge decisions on teacher evaluation outcomes.

I have written about this issue before and certainly hope this measure dies in the Minnesota Senate or is vetoed by Governor Dayton.
