Gross Inaccuracies: HOW DARE YOU QUESTION THESE POLITICIANS!

Local layabout, Gary Gross, took to his blog today to register his displeasure over a recent town hall meeting hosted by Representatives Banaian & Gottwalt and Senator Pederson. The purpose of these meetings, apparently, is to only hear from those members of the community with whom the elected officials agree. Well, at least according to Gary Gross. Any departure from this formula can only be the result of mean old union thugs who come and demand answers. It really is a sad state of affairs here in ‘merica with these unionish people and their questions. St. Cloud Townhall Attendee: Obama Is A “Muslim Communist”

At a townhall meeting Tuesday evening for St. Cloud area state legislators, one local man chose to skip right past the state and local issues and go straight for the most important issue of our time. The issue of President Obama being an anti-Christian Muslim Communist. The man expressed his disgust for our current President then launched into a litany of standard conservative boogeymen such as the fairness doctrine and the ACLU as he pronounced that our President, despite being Christian, stood in opposition to EVERYTHING the man stood for as a Christian man. St. Cloud Town Hall Photostream

I attended the SD 15 Townhall of area state legislators (Representative Steve Gottwalt, Representative King Banaian, and Senator John Pederson) this evening. While I have some analysis of the event coming soon, I also snapped some pictures and put them up on my flickr account as well as on a page in the menu bar above.
